Fees and Information

Fees are posted only for open events

* Discounts and Posting Policies::  These discounts apply to Photographs and Images created at an 'Open Event,' unless otherwise contracted.

• Orders completed within 60 days of the event, receive a 25% discount on the order.

• A 25% discount is given to any customer(s) who sign(s) a valid release (all identifiable people in the image must sign release). This discount will be extended to any purchases made for the event.

• Please contact PBJae at PhotosByJae@aol.com to discuss any questions about discounts. Click Here for a copy of the release.

• A 50% discount is given to any customer who signs a valid release (all identifiable people in the image must sign a release) AND an order is completed within 60 days of the event.

• Zenfolio prices reflect applicable discounts. At this time, there is no way to set up a discount period on Zenfolio. It has to be done manually. The fees that are posted on Zenfolio have been manually set at the discounted rate during the discount period. After the discount period, the rates are reset, manually, to reflect the non-discount period rate (unless a release is signed). Click here to see a chart of standard and discounted rates.

• PBJae is responsible for applying discount only if the customer coordinates their purchases with PBJae prior to making purchase (simply put, we are not aware of your desire for a discount on a specific purchase unless you contact PBJae, as discounts are set up manually on a case by case basis).

• Images will only be available for viewing for six months (182 days).  The images will then be removed. After the images have been removed, if you wish to have PBJae search for the images, create a new on-line Album, create a new on-line Gallery, and to set up pricing for sale, please contact PBJae by email at PhotosByJae@aol.com. If you have a card from a previous event, include in the e-mail me whatever information is on the card (Date, Time, Event Code, Lot Number or Password). There is a $25.00 charge to search for the image(s), then, create a new on-line Album, then, create a new on-line Gallery, and then to set up pricing for sale. Twenty ($20.00) of the $25.00 will be credited towards your purchase.

• Images will not be re-posted until the $25.00 fee has been collected. There are no discounts offered for this re-posting period. Images will be removed from the viewing and sales site after six months (182 days).
